“This apartment complex is only a 5 minute drive from CCF, and located in the cultural heart of Cleveland - walking distance to some of the city's best restaurants, museums, and festivals.  The price is a little steep for the area but for someone used to big city living, or living as a couple, the one bedroom apartments are very affordable and spacious (~550 sq ft).  The most important and wonderful things are: in unit washer/dryer, new and modern stainless steel appliances, central air and heating, modern open-floor plan aesthetic, large open kitchen with tons of counter space, prompt service by maintenance (they even change your light bulbs...also my service requests are usually taken care of within 24 hours), great leasing manager (she does everything from making sure your dry cleaning gets picked up to emailing you whenever you have a package), and of course, single car HEATED garages.
 
Some cherry on top things: the complex does a bunch of happy hour/social events throughout the year (eg. barbeques and food trucks), there's a communal gas grill and firepit, and there are some luxury services like pick-up dry cleaning, grocery delivery, valet trash.”

“I've had to live in several apartments in three states and this place is BY FAR the best.
It is impossible to overstate how awesome the staff are here. From when I first emailed them hoping to set up a tour, everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and you cannot beat the location if you attend Case Western or the Cleveland Institute of Music since you are literally right there. There was a waiting list when I was looking for a place and it is obvious why no one wants to leave.
While this is the most expensive apartment I've ever had, it is 110% worth every penny. I have a one bedroom with big windows, an office nook, stainless steel appliances, central air, a dishwasher, granite counter-tops, and a garage (which will be priceless in the winter and I always have a prime parking spot during Wade Oval Wednesdays). I'm also able to have my dog with me.
They also will set up some resident cookouts now and then where you can come down to their little courtyard where there is a built-in grill and fancy fire pit and get some free food and mingle with the other residents.
It will be devastating when I have to leave Cleveland because this place rocks.”
